To activate the induction hob, please follow these steps:

1. Place a pan on the hob. The induction hob requires a compatible pan to be positioned on top of it in order to function.

2. Hold your finger on the "on" button until the hob activates.

3. If the display shows an "L" sign, this indicates that the child lock is currently active. To deactivate the child lock:

   1. Hold your finger on the padlock symbol.

   2. Continue holding until the display changes to show a "0."

4. Swipe your finger to turn the hob on.
